The development of an individual meal plan includes the following stages:
  • questionnaire stage: you receive a detailed questionnaire, the questions of which should be answered in as much detail as possible, since it is the questionnaire that will give me the necessary information;
  • the stage of clarification of possible questions based on the results of the questionnaire - it is possible both by e-mail and using messengers;
  • the stage of drawing up a meal plan - a period of up to 2 weeks (usually no more than 1 week); It will include calculations of the basic and necessary caloric intake to achieve the set goals, the caloric "corridor" within which it is desirable to stay (since it is practically impossible to adhere to the same caloric intake for a long time), as well as an example of a daily diet with food products and the calculated number of calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates;
  • stage of clarifications and answers to questions - after I send you the meal plan, you will familiarize yourself with it in detail and we will discuss all unclear points;
  • after 3 weeks, usually, we will discuss the progress again with you and make the necessary adjustments, taking into account the experience and wishes of three weeks of following the planned plan;
